  • Very Poor

Very poor adaptation of Stephen King's book. The entire season could have been compressed into about 2 hours. Little attempt to explain the origin and purpose of the mist.
  • I enjoy it

I don't understand all the hate. Yes it's not the same as the movie but why would they do that. You need to give it a chance. It does involve the people more but there are still monsters and it's getting crazier. Try it out and make your own opinion. Side note: Episode 9 hasn't been available for weeks after.. somehow support says I need to contact the TV network that airs the show.. HOW IS THAT MY JOB APPLE!! Go buy it on amazon I want my money back for my "season" pass.

Ok I'm gonna change my comment after watching 7 eps so far, this is the worst show I've ever seen and bought, The story is not about the mist and it is nonsense like being gay or defying god and killing humans by other humans when it is not even necessary. Does Stephen King write this? Really? Edit: Where is episode 9? Provider even doesn't like to upload it. Maybe he/she hates it the same as us.
  • Sadly, it is Horrible.

I really have no idea why they had to relate this series to the original story by Stephen King? Did they think he would sue them? The story of this one-season series (guaranteed) is connected only by the mist itself, and the source of the mist. The rest of the show is just about isolated groups of people, each on its own island, and each with its own horrible sub-plot. The acting is terrible, the plot is terrible, the pace is slow, and it doesn't deserve the one star I had to give it (Come on Itunes, give me a choice of no stars). "The Mist" is my favorite Stephen King story. I really enjoyed the movie with Thomas Jane and Laurie Holding too, though I was a bit split on the ending. I always like the end of the original story, as the four of them drove through the fog with the glipse of "hope" from a radio broadcast. I thought there was so much that could be done with that, happening on different creatures, scenarios, people, as they crossed the country driving away from the mist origin. Instead we got this disgusting series, that makes me want to vomit after every episode!

It would be nice to have episode 9 available to download. After 2 calls to apple the clueless customer abuse agents still don't know what I'm talking about. Apple support is non existent.
  • The King (Stephen) Has left the building!

What we got here is failure to communicate with Stephen King, to keep its story intact. Instead we got an MTV social experiment entertainment. Let's see what we have; Gay Teens (bi?) present? Yes. Accused rapist high school jock? Check. Anti-Christian agenda? Yup Extremist Christian Priest? Check A Dead Priest? Check. Straight, tough high school, closeted gay boy? Check. The list goes on. It's just SJW drivel. I just read Stephen King's Twitter, he's a leftist as expected. I'll keep watching in hope they fire their writers. Doubtful though. Terrible so far.
  • Hope they can fix this show.

I was so looking forward to this one. It is improving slowly. This could be like the walking dead. If there was more monster in it. So far the people are the monster. And it getting a bit old. I mean if I wanted to see crazy I can just turn on the news. But the crazy teen is interesting and scary. The old women is just ugh. I just hope it gets better.

I really wanted to give this show a chance but it's not going anywhere. Characters are boring and badly written, story is nog going anywhere. It's a soap opera but not even that exciting. What a shame, how can someone f#ck up a good concept like this and turn it into a political correct show about strugling millenials.
